- BE/BTech Mechanical/ B.Sc Shipbuilding: 5-6 years+ experience in Ship Detail Design projects (Hull/Structure)
Software Proficiency:
Cadmatic-Hull/Aveva Marine
Education:
Diploma, B. E, B. Tech- Mechanical, Naval Architects
Salary:

Job Description:
- Knowledge of creating Fairing of hull lines and surface.
- Knowledge of Curved Hull & Planar Hullmodeling
- Knowledge of Product Breakdown structure (PBS) numbers up toLevel-4of each Hull and Seating structural elements incorporation as per client standard.
- Knowledge of curved and planar panels arranging in assemblies and subassemblies
- Preparation of nesting plan of all plates with part number, making data
- Preparation of CNC cutting program
- Forming data and templates for curved shell plates and stiffeners
- Unit wise part list of plates and stiffener (Bill of Material)
- Unit wise production drawing with required information for construction
- Unit wise assembly Planning Drawings
- Preparation of least of stiffener cutting data
- Skid heights for curved shell blocks
- Skid drawing
- Providing weight and COG asrequiredin drawings/ as required forproduction purposes
- Bending-Template drawings are to be generated accompanied with 2D/3D bending-list. Following are the deliverables: –
- Bending-Template drawings ready to print inCadmatic-Hull
- 2D/3Dbending-list in MS Word & PDF format.
- Part-List, Profile-List, Nesting-list. Leftover-summary & Plate-Consumption-summary in MS Excel format.
